Educator, Instructional Designer & Entrepreneur
Throughout my career teaching English for Academic Purposes at post-secondary institutions such as York University, George Brown College, and Seneca Polytechnic, I developed and taught courses grounded in learning science, andragogy, and instructional design best practices.
My competency in these areas is supported by a Master’s Degree in English Language and Literature, which strengthened my ability to understand and apply theory, engage in self-reflection, and develop strong written and oral communication skills. In addition, my TESL Diploma provided a solid foundation in adult learning principles.
I have consistently integrated a wide repertoire of online and in-person teaching strategies into my lessons—such as gamification, collaborative learning, and culturally responsive teaching—to maximize engagement and drive results.
In addition to my academic experience, I founded a web design and marketing agency, Dynamite Sites Inc. Through the business, I developed strong communication and project management skills, and I also created scalable eLearning courses on WordPress Web Design and AI & Automation for entrepreneurs and professionals.
